Who We Are
Nigerian Association of Medical Doctors in the ACT
At NAMDA, we are a united group of doctors of Nigerian descent, practicing medicine in the Australian capital territory and surrounding areas.
What We Stand For
The Nigerian Association of Medical Doctors in the ACT(NAMDA)was formed in 2020 by a group of like – minded doctors of Nigeria descent who felt the need to form an association that will foster collegiality amongst members.
These individuals later became the first Executive Committee of the newly formed association.
Since then, there have been several change of guards with the current excos occupying 5 offices after taking leadership in December of 2025 for a 2 year term.
The member strength at the moment is about 40 and counting,comprising of both specialists and General practitioners.
